Principal's Message:

Hawk Family,

It is with great excitement that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Zapata High School.  I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a school with such persevering students, an extremely dedicated staff, and a supportive school community. Our teachers and staff have been “going far beyond the call of duty” to make sure our students are delivered a first-class education. Student safety and everyday learning are our top priorities at Zapata High School.

Our Zapata High School Administrators, Teachers, and Staff are committed to being “Champions for all Students”. I am excited to unite my experience, my openness to learn, and my child-centered approach to support our students.  Because the relationships between families and the school are vital to the success of our students, I encourage you to become involved in every way possible.

Most importantly, I bring a belief that students are at the center of all school-related decisions.  I look forward to meeting you soon!

Yours in Education,

Clyde Guerra, Jr.
